In all seriousness, I think that when a website is going to use red, it needs to incorporate some white into it. Looking at some of the sites with just red on makes the page feel heavy, before you've even looked at the content and/or images. I think the only way you can get away with it would be something along the lines of a <a href="http://www.cartridgeshop.co.uk">Cartridge Shop</a> or printer specialist, where they specialise in the use of colours.
