  4. Gingerspark says:

Panther link is to picture above it… can you please fix?

  5. Cleo says:

Most of these are awful. There are some good ones, but seriously, did you even look through the gallery?

  6. Goodtaste says:

some of these are good, (panther for example) but others are god awful, the gecko was a great idea, but for crying out loud, it looks like its been cut out by a baby! look at the leg!

  7. Miss Ninja says:

How long were you looking for pieces to feature? dA has much better to offer in the photo manipulation category. Other than a small few, these aren’t very fresh or awesome.

    • Winterdaemon says:

As an artist on dA I must admit that your choices are not of the quality dA has to offer

      • AlmightyDFA says:

My thoughts exactly as I was scrolling down.. 4-5 were good, but others… Not to sound like an ass but I’ve seen better on humour website photoshop contests.

  8. Kiren says:

WOW, majority of these are bad…I agree with Miss Ninja and everyone else on here…..

These are just baaad and clishe for the most part, number 7 is the worst of them all. Out of millions of photomanipulations I have to say your choice was very poor.

  11. Iulianb says:

There are so many good artists and amazing works on DA. Sorry to say this but most of this features are of a mediocre level. DA has better to offer. Just see for yourselves.

  12. Jharjen says:

A few of these are amazing (Panther etc), but the rest – sorry to say – are simple overlays, overly cluttered, unemotional, or trying too hard to capture something. That said, the ideas behind them – what they’re aiming for – are generally great, and I love the humour of the first one.

  13. Tony V says:

Nice collection. Thanks for posting. I recently completed a photo manipulation with a walk-through of the new Photoshop CS5 features that were used to create it. If interested, click the following link…

Not sure what’s going on, but that last line in my comments “Tony V’s last blog…” was not added by me. The link to “The Square” is something I’ve never seen before.

    Sorry but No# 1, 2, 8, 11, 15, 16, 22- ain’t that good

    Thumbs Up to No# 10, 20, 23, 24

  16. nelchee says:

Seriously, most of these are beginner work (and if they aren’t, they surely look like they are) with a few rare good examples.
I expected a far better selection when I saw the title.
Serves me right for ever reading “XX awesome somethings” posts in the first place.

  17. LinxDinx says:

Obviously this selection was done in a couple of minutes, I don’t usually bash ppl on their judgments of quality, because that’s a perspective thing, but dude!!! what is this? & now because of this list, the good manipulations will seem bad (it’s psychology).

  18. what the funk says:

man, some are really shitty compared to the awesome ones you can see. Research better…

  19. yatadaid says:

  23. sowgand says:

    out these 25 ” 3 to 4 pics are impressive”…
rest of all are ordinary manipulations as even kids can do.

  24. Mind blowing! no other comment please, it’s speechless.
