I like Mashable and Zend. They both to be less spammy than the rest of the job sites.

One comment about RSS Feeders.
This may sound like I’m in the dark ages.
But can someone recommend a Mac OS X based Widget Type app that I can browse through my RSS Feeds?
I want the RSS Feed to be there, like SKYPE is there (I have 2 monitors)
I don’t want to have to login to my e-mail account or go to a website just to see my RSS Feeds.
Is there a Hierarchical Mac OS X RSS Reader someone can recommend?
